📍 Electronic Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift | West Columbia, SC

💰 $23–26/hr | Full-Time Contract-to-Hire

We’re hiring Electronic Technicians for a leading manufacturing facility in West Columbia, SC . You’ll be at the heart of failure analysis, troubleshooting, and repair—working on real products and solving real problems. Whether you're a seasoned tech or just starting out in school, if you can solder and think in circuits, we want to hear from you.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshooting and repairing PCBAs at the component and system level
• Using soldering tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment
• Performing root cause failure analysis and supporting recovery actions
• Creating and improving troubleshooting guides
• Collaborating with Engineers and Quality teams to improve reliability
• Assisting in test equipment setup, debug training, and new product intro

🕒 Schedule & Pay:

• Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift openings
• Pay: $23–26/hr based on experience
• Type: Full-time contract position with the opportunity to convert after 6 months

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong troubleshooting skills with a knack for diagnosing circuit issues
• Experience with soldering, multimeters, and electronic testing equipment
• Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Open to all levels of experience—students in electronics programs are encouraged to apply!
